Surcharge of RM 60.00 nett per room per night and on extension
night is applicable on Fridays & Saturdays, Eve of Public
Holidays, Public Holidays & School Holidays from 01 April
to 30 September 2006 as shown below. |

surcharge is applicable from 01 February 2005 to 31 March 2006
and from 01 October 2006 to 15 November 2006. |

Extra bed or extra person is chargeable at the rates shown above
with 1 American Breakfast. Extra bed are applicable to Deluxe
and Superior rooms only. |

Airport transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and
is chargeable accordingly (individually or group). |

Room reservation is required and is subject to room availability. |

are to be guaranteed with an acceptable credit card. If you do
not have a credit card, you may guarantee your booking by crediting
into the Resort bank account to be advised during the confirmation

those guaranteeing their booking using credit card, the total
amount of your reservation shall be deducted from your credit
card immediately after your booking is confirmed. |

those guaranteeing their booking by cash payment shall make payment
by depositing the total amount of your reservation into the Resort's
Bank Account before the cut off date to be advised during the
confirmation stages. We shall advise the details of the Resorts
Bank account during the confirmation stages. |

No
refund shall be made in part or in total towards any cancellation
made beyond the minimum time stipulated in the cancellation policy
as specified below. |

the event of cancellation , a minimum administration fee of RM50.00
per transaction shall be charged to the guest. |

CANCELLATION
POLICY :
Low
Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall
be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within
8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
In the event of cancellation, a minimum administration fee of RM50.00
shall be charged to the guest.
Peak
Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall
be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within
15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
In the event of cancellation, a minimum administration fee of RM50.00
shall be charged to the guest.
